After nearly 5 years of serving Connecticut customers, the SaveNowCT deals program ended on March 4, 2016, at 11:59 pm EST.
Deals that you have purchased prior to SaveNowCT ending on March 4 will still be valid, as specified by the terms of the deal voucher and SaveNowCT rules for deals.

 

Can I still use my SaveNowCT vouchers?
The promotional value remains valid according to the terms on your voucher. After the promotional period stated on the voucher ends, vouchers remain valid for their purchase price indefinitely.

What if the merchant won't honor my voucher?
If you encounter any issues redeeming your voucher, please contact us about your experience using the Contact Us Form. Please note that it may take up to one week for a response.

What if I have a problem with my voucher after March 4, 2016?
If you have any questions or need any assistance, you may contact us using the Contact Us Form. Please note that it may take up to one week for a response.

What will happen to my site credits?
As of March 4, 2016 at 11:59PM EST, SaveNowCT is no longer selling deals. If you would like a refund for your site credit, contact us using the Contact Us Form. Please note that it may take up to one week for a response.

 

REFUND POLICY

REDEEMING VOUCHERS
Your SaveNowCT voucher can be redeemed for its promotional value according to the terms written on your voucher.

THE PROMOTIONAL PERIOD HAS ENDED
Your voucher may be redeemed with the merchant for that deal at the purchase price indefinitely.

THE MERCHANT WON’T ACCEPT MY VOUCHER
If you encounter any issues redeeming your voucher, contact us about your experience using the Contact Us Form.

THE MERCHANT HAS GONE OUT OF BUSINESS
If you have purchased a SaveNowCT deal and the merchant for that deal has closed permanently, we will honor your refund request for the purchase price of your voucher. Contact us using the Contact Us Form.

SITE CREDITS
If you have SaveNowCT site credits, and would like to request a refund for the credit amount, contact us using the Contact Us Form.
